Afternoon tea is a luxurious affair at Collins Kitchen, with a selection of plain and fruit scones served with cream, jams and preserves, elegant finger sandwiches presented on traditional tiered platters and a decadent array of desserts and pastries from the kitchen’s patisserie.

 

Monday to Friday Afternoon Tea is served a la carte. Saturday and Sunday the offerings become truly sumptuous with the addition of an extended dessert buffet filled with an incredible offering of pastries, cakes and sweets.
