Pay a visit to each of our Sushi, Deli, Wood Oven, Grill and Wok stations sampling the delicious seasonal produce on offer before settling on your tasting plate of choice.


Featuring fresh seafood or sashimi, succulent roast, dumpling station, pasta made-to-order and so much more, your only concern will be leaving enough room for dessert!


Our indulgent Dessert station is filled with an incredible offering of pastries, cakes and sweets. From warm apple crumble to macarons and strawberry tarts, this wickedly delicious selection of treats is sure to please those with a sweet tooth.   


Collins Kitchen Market Feast is available Monday – Friday, 12.00pm – 2.30pm. (Resuming February 2, 2015)


Enjoy a section of cold items from our Sushi and Deli stations, a section of hot items from our Wood Oven, Grill and Wok stations and sweet treats from our decadent dessert station 

for only $42 per person.
