Grand Hyatt Melbourne’s meeting and banquet facilities consists of 16 rooms, including the hotel’s elegant Savoy Ballroom and the picturesque Mayfair Ballroom. The hotel offers 2,080 square metres (22,393 square feet) of first-class meeting facilities, which can be easily configured to accommodate a variety of different sized meetings or events. For board meetings, conferences, banquets and weddings, the hotel’s versatile function rooms welcome groups of 12 to 1500.

Each meeting or event is considered a priority, and Grand Hyatt Melbourne works with Staging Connections to provide a full event service that includes state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, a full complement of meeting aids and technical assistance. Dedicated staff provides outstanding service to both small and large groups, coordinating each event and arranging custom-themed décor, floral arrangements and innovative menus.

The residence offers a premium, personalised venue for a variety of events including VIP conferences, dinner parties, cocktail parties, weddings and product launches. the residence’s rooms are the perfect choice for hosting exclusive small- and medium- sized events from 10 people for dinner up to 250 people for cocktail receptions. Booked in its entirety, the residence is able to cater for up to 450 people.
